INVESTMENT LOGIC MAPPING
Workshop facilitator
Expose ideas early to robust, structured discussion
Smart Logic Mapping is dedicated to ensuring the highest value projects, programs and policies across the community and government have the best chance of successfully being funded whilst also preparing them to deliver demonstrable, meaningful outcomes. This can only be achieved through exposing ideas early to robust, structured discussion.
Jeremy established the process for investment logic mapping back in 2005-2006 and it subsequently became central to government policy development and budget decision making across Victoria and New Zealand.
Jeremy has facilitated over 2,000 Investment Logic Mapping workshops across all portfolio areas with a specific interested in transport, health care and environmental protection.
Our approach to Investment Logic Mapping remains true to the original vision as outlined over 20 years ago. The deployment of a lean facilitated series of between 1-4 workshops with each workshop requiring ONLY 2 hour followed by a 48 hour review process. Central to this approach is delivering Investment Logic Mapping workshops that respect participants time whilst ensuring the ILM value is delivered – specifically consensus, clarity and confidence around the argument being presented.

Investment Logic Mapping aims to achieve four key goals:
“Jeremy’s facilitation of Investment logic mapping workshops is industry best practice. His key skill is to work with disparate stakeholders to finalise and agree an investment logic for their complex projects.”
